pet has been thinking about what her Beloved had told her yesterday. When thinking about the situation dh, she realizes what Master meant about rewarding dh with something pet is willing to give.

pet is having a hard time finding something she is willing to give.

Last night when pet got home had to be one of the most difficult. Why must sex be associated with love? pet doesn't get that. Ironic because pet used to associate sex with love so heavily. dh does the same thing. pet again refused sex. A man laying in my bed, raising his eyebrows playfully...asking if we were gonna do "it"....made my stomach turn. Then a huge argument ensued. Bottom line is, if pet doesn't have sex with dh, then pet doesn't love him. That has nothing to do with it. First of all, pet has to be in the mood. pet has to mentally be there.

To dh, that would be his reward for being a good housekeeper.

Yes, pet understands that all dh does around the home is a great service. Less for pet to worry about. No dishes to do. No laundry to worry about. Children are bathed and fed. Her dissatisfaction in general stems from her disenchantment with the relationship as a whole.

pet doesn't wish to have relations with him. Why can't pet find something comparable to "give"?
